ARSET Course: Harnessing NISAR¶

NASA’s Applied Remote Sensing Training (ARSET) program offered Harnessing NISAR: Next-Generation Radar Observations for Earth Applications in July 2026. The three-session course was offered in both English and Spanish.

This training course introduces users to the characteristics and data of the NISAR mission and demonstrates workflows for accessing, visualizing, and analyzing the data for a range of applications.

Leaders of the NISAR project held a virtual town hall and data access webinar during their Science Team meeting in February 2026.

• The town hall offers updates on the mission status, science, data products, and upcoming data releases.

• The data access webinar, which starts at the 44:48 mark in the video, provides information and resources for accessing and analyzing NISAR data.
